All prices on this web site are processed in Indian Rupees and the prices are inclusive of all taxes.

All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect, at the time of shipping.

Our products are liable for GST in India.

All international shipping orders may attract local duties applicable in that country and the customer will have to pay locally, accordingly.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss how you would like the order to be handled. Yaza Lifestyle does not back order, that is, we do not accept orders which we cannot fulfill immediately.

DELIVERY TIME

When you order from our website, we ensure that the order gets processed within 24 hours and We try to deliver the products to you within 3-4 working days in major metro cities. However, the duration of the delivery can take 8-10 working days depending on your delivery location. YAZA LIFESTYLE is not responsible for service transit time. Delivery time to the end-user is subject to factors beyond our control (“Force Majeure Event”) including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

PARTICULAR DATE DELIVERY

We strive to deliver products purchased from yazalifestyle.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. However, we can’t commit on the same.

Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. You can check the tracking details at the shipping company website putting the assigned AWB no.

DELIVERY PRODUCT OUTSIDE INDIA

PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED YET!!! WHAT TO DO?

Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery from the day you received the order confirmation. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider. Type the tracking number in the tracking section on the website of the service provider. The order status would provide detailed information on your package. If, for any reason, our shipping partner cannot reach you, we will provide you with the instructions to collect the product(s) directly from our shipping partner. In these situations, yazalifestyle.care@gmail.com reserves the right to cancel the sale contract, in which case, we will fully refund you the amount.

CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS

We would able to change the shipping address if it is intimated to us within 2 hours of the time of booking the order. We would not be able to change the shipping address after we have packed the order. Kindly call our Customer Care Team  (11 AM – 6 PM) and tell us your new shipping address.
