REPLACEMENTS

Replacements can be done under following circumstances –

1) WRONG ITEM RECEIVED – If you received a wrong order please contact our Customer Care Team – yazalifestyle.care@gmail.com with subject REPLACEMENT (order No) within 48 hours. We will dispatch the correct order asap and get the wrong item picked up.
In case you do not want replacement we don’t provide refund but can allot you YAZAMoney (Store Credits) or Gift Certificates for future use

2) BROKEN/MISSING ITEM – If you have received your product with missing parts, defects or broken, immediately notify our Customer Care team – yazalifestyle.care@gmail.com with subject REPLACEMENT (order No) and IMAGE of the BROKEN PRODUCT. A replacement will be sent over to you as soon as possible. You will need to  inform us of any missing parts/ defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement. In case you do not want replacement we don’t provide refund but can allot you YAZA Money (Store Credits) or Gift Certificates for future use

RETURNS

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we will not be able to accept product exchanges or initiate refunds at this point in time to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers. For any queries feel free to reach out to our customer care team at yazalifestyle.care@gmail.com .

Exceptions will be made ONLY in the case that there is a quality concern wherein our teams will examine the products returned to verify if the product is in a condition to be exchanged. The pictures of the product has to be shared within 24 hours in case of such exception. We shall take 48-72 hours to review the images and revert back

Return/exchange requests that qualify as per the exceptions mentioned above are subject to an inspection and checking by the Yaza Lifestyle team.

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

Yaza Lifestyle Online is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Opened packet of herbal items won’t be accepted. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Exchange of product due to allergic/skin reactions is not applicable.

No cash refunds are permitted.

An item is eligible for exchange or refund only if it fulfils the exception mentioned above and the following conditions:

  • Sold in a physically damaged condition.
  • Has missing parts or accessories.
  • Product packaging not opened, product not used.
  • Apart from exception, consumable products cannot be returned

Please do not return products without first speaking to a representative at yazalifestyle.care@gmail.com Products returned without our knowledge will be returned to the customer. Please mention the order number in big letters on the package and also place a paper inside the package with order number written on it.

RETURN SHIPPING – Return shipping cost is the responsibility of customer.

REFUND FOR RETURN ORDERS – We don’t provide refund for return order but can allot you YAZA Money (Store Credits) or Gift Certificates for future use.

In case we received the return order in broken/damage/used state we won’t be able to accept it and cannot allot you money or Gift certificate.

CANCELLATIONS

In case of requests for order cancellations, yazalifestyle.com reserves the right to accept or reject those requests for any reason. As part of our usual business practice, we accept cancellation notice only within 24 hrs from date of purchase only if the order has not been processed by us. In this case we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. However, we will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. We reserve the right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by yazalifestyle.com and accept our decision as final regarding the cancellation. REFUND FOR CANCELED ORDERS ONLY – You can also get the money converted to store credits for future orders. In case you want refund for cancel orders will be done within 7-10 working days. Its takes 7 working days for your money to reach into our account via CC Avenue. We can’t refund it until we get it. Your patience is highly appreciate in this regard.
